Nurses work directly with you to create care plans that fit your needs, schedule, and lifestyle. Call-Light’s concierge registry ensures a greater number of skilled health care providers and greater flexibility for both nurses and clients.

  • Call-Light’s registry consists of Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) across many different specialities, from pediatric nursing to geriatric nursing.

  • At Call-Light, we maintain a carefully curated registry of exceptional nurses. Each nurse is personally interviewed and reference-checked to ensure professionalism, compassion, and clinical excellence. We also verify that every contractor holds an active Texas nursing license and carries current malpractice liability insurance.

    1. Fill out our client information form to get started. Please be as detailed as possible with what services you need.

    2. A Call-Light Care Manager will contact you to gather more information about your loved one’s medical history, care requirements, nurse preferences, etc.

    3. We will hand-select available nurses from our registry who match your criteria and schedule phone interviews between you and the nurse(s).

    4. Based on your feedback, we’ll seamlessly coordinate your selected nurse(s) and serve as your dedicated point of contact throughout the care experience.

  • Call-Light invoices clients an hourly service fee for vetting, matching and scheduling your nurse(s). We will pay your nurse(s) directly and reflect that cost in your weekly invoice. For example, if you schedule a team of three nurses for 24/7 care, we will send you a single invoice at the end of each week that reflects the rates you agreed to pay your nurses, along with the Call-Light service fee.
